Each audio guide is produced by a local specialist and follows the actual route on foot, so the narration matches what you see in front of you. The content is fixed at the time of recording; opening hours, ticket prices, and temporary closures at monuments may change after that, and we do not update every track in real time.
Offline playback starts only after the purchase is confirmed on the device where you made the payment. If you switch phones, you will need to re-download the guide under the same account. We recommend checking the file size and your available storage before you leave the hotel.
The guides are meant to complement, not replace, the official information provided by each monument or museum.
