The payment itself is handled by our payment provider, and we do not see or store card numbers. When you visit the site, the browser automatically sends technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We use this only to keep the site working and to understand which guides are popular, through a simple analytics tool.
Your contact details are used to send you the audio guide you purchased, to answer your questions, and to send a receipt. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. The technical data helps us improve the site and fix errors. Cookies are used only for the analytics mentioned above and for remembering your language choice; there are no advertising trackers.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
